The Gulch: Free Concert
October 14 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Local band The Gulch was formed during the Summer of 2016 open mic nights at Schooner Landing and Marina in Damariscotta.
Taking their name from the infamous “Misery Gulch” between Schooner’s and the back parking lot,
These Thursday night jam sessions with guitarist Core Redonnett, vocalist and bassist Griffin Han-Lalime, keyboardist Chuck Benton and drummer Michael Sevon, the quartet amassed a robust set list of cover tunes from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.
The Gulch continues to add more diverse and challenging songs from Radiohead, The Allman Brothers, Kansas, Joe Cocker, The Beatles, Tears for Fears, Steve Miller, Spacehog and many other classic rock favorites. The Gulch currently performs locally in the Mid-Coast at area clubs and for private functions, weddings, corporate events, gravel pit soirees, and Halloween cotillions. The Gulch is excited to announce their upcoming performance at the Damariscotta Pumpkinfest Regatta on October 14th from 10am to 12noon, coincidentally just a stones throw from their namesake “Misery Gulch” between the former sail loft and Schooner Landing.
