Welcome to KidsZone

The KidZone is an inside venue to play games, make crafts, and bounce, slide, and have boundless fun on the numerous inflatables. 

Located at the Central Lincoln County YMCA, 525 Main Street, Damariscotta.

The shuttle buses will stop at Great Salt Bay School, where there is a very convenient path that leads to the CLC YMCA! All the activities will take place in the gymnasium area, with access to the fun near the YMCA playground. Healthy ‘Kid Food’ will be sold by the YMCA. The KidsZone is one of the longest-serving Pumpkinfest activities, with special dedication to the children who attend Pumpkinfest. The KidZone is a perfect complement to watching the parade, seeing the decorated pumpkins, and attending the regatta: it’s just for kids! 

Tokens for games & activities can be purchased for a nominal fee. 

The KidsZone will be open on Saturday, October 11th from 10 to 1, and on Sunday, October 12th from 10 to 2.  

KidsZone thanks the numerous volunteers, many of whom are Lincoln Academy students, the generosity of the CLC YMCA for providing the venue, Sandcastle Entertainment which supplies the inflatables, and Round Top Ice Cream, who sponsors the two-day event. The real reward is the smiles, laughter and shouts of pure joy coming from the kids who participate and the adults who remember how much fun it was - and still is - to be a kid.
